Durring
a OMT run against Champion driver
Daigo Saito there was
a huge controversy about a false
start, flags thrown, and Diago
calling a 5 Minute after crossing
the start line. It came down
to a choice the judges gave
Ryan. Take a automatic Win,
or rerun the last run. Ryan,
me & Brian decuded the right
thing to do is to make the run.
Even though that risks loosing.
Huge decision. But the right
honorable decision. We ended
up wining that last run anyway!
Huge PROPS to Ryan & Brian.
Afterwards we did a OMT with
Chris Forsberg. So overall,
a 8th place finish for the weekend
was awesome. Especially the
way we got there. Super proud.
We
also got a sneak peak at our
new 3-pc Retaks TrucDec which
came be shipped via UPS. SAPA
division REDD Team which manufactures
this for Retaks brougt it to
our Texas race for review.

in Seattle!
Team Retaks
had another fantastic race weekend
at the Evergreen Speedway in
Monroe, WA. bringing Ryan to
13th of 60 overall.
Our guest Umbrella
Girls for the race were my young
nieces Jerlene & Graceil,
AND Ryan's dad's dog Rocky.
The first time in FormulaD history
this has happened in the Opening
Cereonies! Lots of new media
attention and the crowd loved
it!
Retaks
has both our FormulaDrift cars
competing again in Wall, NJ! Ryan
Tuerck in our FRS, and Pat Mordaunt
in our S13.5LS!
Both make it
to the Top 16 and Opening Ceremonies
again! Super stoked for them.
Ryan battled former Champion
Diago Saito in a epic OMT battle
to advance to Top 16, and Pat
drove the wheels off Chelsea
Denofa's car to advance. Ryan
was up against Darren McNamara
for Great 8 in what many thought
should have been a OMT as well,
but Darren advanced.

Ceremonies. Our first battle
for great 8 was against his
Drift Alliance brother Chris
Forsberg. Chris was running
extremely well all weekend and
advanced to Great 8. Congrats
to Chris.
We also enjoyed
sharing time with our guest

Team Mate Matt Coffman - Coffman
Racing did extremely well too
making it to Top 32!
Pat was running
strong all weekend as well and
also made it to Top 32 but fell
short by just a couple points
to get into the Top 16.

Retaks S13.5LS that Ryan took

longest running chassis in FormulaD
with a registration #17!
